Yes - but you need an approval( eg: Agri-PV )

The cooperators decide together at the General Assembly what happens to the profit.
However, a legal reserve must be established(+- 10%)

Does the power line pack the performance of the plant?
Creos gives the agreement on whether it goes or not

Can I buy parts for modules?
No, in a cooperative one is equally involved in every project.

Currently not, but in the future it is not excluded.

Who is eligible to become a member?
According to the statutes: priority citizens from the canton of Rome.

Regional installers?
Get a try. However, there are not that many installers in the country and it must one that takes that has capacities and is price interesting.

Purchase of shares - how can you buy shares?
Parties can later be requested via the cooperative's website. The CA processes the request and then gives its approval or not, if no investments are currently planned.

Projects for hydropower?
Currently not, but in the future it is not excluded.

Tax benefits?
Each member of the cooperative is entitled to a tax bonus of up to €1,500 on the dividends paid out (not on the investment).
